Welcome to J A Events Planning and Design and welcome to what will be one of the most memorable times in your lives. We know you both must be feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the choices available to you in the wedding industry today. Don’t worry! We believe that every Bride and Groom knows deep in their hearts exactly what they want. J A events can help make your vision come to life. We accept each wedding as a very serious undertaking and treat it as if it were our own.

Jana Lubbe, owner of J A events, has always been excited about the wedding and event industry. Jana, is a qualified international Aromatherapist and Reflexologist and worked on a cruise liner for a year, understanding the healing and calming properties of essential oils, very helpful for weddings and calming brides. I always had a strong passion and talent for weddings and special events and a true desire to work with people. After planning weddings and functions for family and friends for many years, Jana decided in 2006 to dedicate her time to helping brides plan the most fabulous day of their lives! J A events was founded.

Andrie de Beer joined the planning and creative design team of J A events in the spring of 2007. She has a creative flair and a sharp eye for details!Andrie is a motivated and a very hard and efficient worker and likes to be organized. Andrie is a model for Ice Models and a qualified International Nail Technician. Andrie was crowned Miss South Coast Queen in 2008. Andrie has a passion for flowers and will help create beautiful designs.

We are also very fortunate to have a sister who is a Qualified Graphic Designer with a degree and can create the most beautiful and extra ordinary designs.

We offer complete integrated wedding services such as consulting, décor design, floral designs, cake design, photography, videography, invitations & stationery, favours, hair and makeup, music and more. We streamline the planning process by taking the guesswork out of planning your wedding. J A events is a national wedding planner and plans weddings of all sizes across the country. J A events can help you as a wedding planner or those who prefer to plan their own wedding but simply want to take advantage of our individual services. Take the stress out of planning your day!
